About Daily Care Plus

Last updated October 12, 2026

Daily Care Plus publishes plain-language guides to everyday health topics (blood sugar, memory and focus, eye health and prostate health) and honest reviews of the supplements readers ask us about.

What we do

Health information online is often either too technical to use or too promotional to trust. We try to sit in the middle: clear explanations, the evidence summarized fairly, and practical next steps, including when the right next step is a conversation with your doctor rather than a product.

When we review a supplement, we start from its label and official product page, look up the research on each ingredient, and separate three things that marketing tends to blur together: what the manufacturer claims, what studies have actually tested, and what is still unknown.

Who writes our content

Our articles are written and fact-checked by the Daily Care Plus Editorial Team. Every article links to the sources it relies on, such as government health agencies (NIH, NIDDK, NEI, MedlinePlus), major medical centers and peer-reviewed studies, so you can check our work. Our full process is described in our editorial policy.

We are not doctors, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Please read our medical disclaimer.

How we are funded

Daily Care Plus is reader-supported. Some articles include links to products; if you buy through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we write or what we conclude. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.

Who operates this site
