Editorial Policy

This page explains how we create and maintain the content on Daily Care Plus.
Our standards
- Primary sources first. We rely on product labels, official product pages, government health agencies, medical societies and peer-reviewed research. Every article lists its references.
- Claims are attributed. When a manufacturer says something about its product, we say so ("the manufacturer says…") and we check whether research supports it.
- Evidence is graded honestly. We tell you when evidence is strong, when it is limited to small or early studies, and when it does not exist.
- No invented experiences. We do not publish fake testimonials, made-up testers, staged "before and after" stories or star ratings we cannot back up.
- Safety comes first. Articles point out who should avoid a product or talk to a doctor first, especially people who take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
How we review supplements
- We read the full label: ingredients, amounts (when disclosed), directions and warnings.
- We read the official product page, including price, packages, refund policy and how the product is sold.
- We look up the research on each ingredient, preferring human studies, systematic reviews and agency fact sheets.
- We compare the marketing claims with that evidence and explain the gap, if there is one.
- We describe who the product may suit, who should skip it, and what to ask a doctor.
Updates and corrections
Prices, formulas and research change. We review articles regularly and show the date of the last update at the top of each article. If you spot an error, email us at contact@dailycareplus.shop; we correct factual mistakes promptly and note significant changes.
